This website is run privately and on a non-commercial basis as a community game-server hub. The obligation to provide a legal notice under § 5 DDG (German Digital Services Act, since 14 May 2024 the successor to § 5 TMG) and under § 18 of the German Interstate Media Treaty (MStV) only applies to commercial or journalistic-editorial digital services. What matters is not the intent to make a profit but a planned activity set up for a certain duration with an economic connection — and no such activity exists for this purely private community offering, which has no advertising, affiliate links, donation appeals or commercial promotion. This legal notice is therefore provided voluntarily and for the sake of transparency.
Should this change in the future (for example through advertising, affiliate links, a donation appeal or the commercial promotion of own projects), a complete legal notice with a real name and a summonable address will be added here without delay. Regardless of that, the details required to exercise the rights to information, rectification and erasure under the GDPR are disclosed transparently here and in the privacy policy.

The natural person reachable at the email address above is responsible for own contributions (server profiles, notes). This is not a journalistic-editorial offering within the meaning of § 18 (2) MStV.

Responsibility is taken for own content on these pages under the general laws. There is no obligation to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information.
